How does it work?

After completing our application process, we will provide affinity organizations with a affinity/agent number. Using the affinity number, the affinity organization creates a link from the affinity web site to our web site using a specific address/URL. This special link will contain all the information required for us to track web referrals.

When members follow a link from the affinity organizations web site to our site, they will be able to select from our group plans or individual plan at the discounted rate. Alternately, you can refer members to us over the phone or in person. Ask them to give us the affinity number and the affinity organization will get credit.

That's all there is to it. No setup fees, no hidden costs! With the Beta Health Association affinity program, organizations get referral commissions and members get discounts!
