Group Dental Plans and Insurance in Colorado

A discount fee-for-service (non-insurance) dental plan which is available on both a group (employer sponsored) and individual basis. Members of this plan can select from over 460 Colorado contracted dentists and dental specialists, have no waiting periods before services begin and they can use the plan as much as they wish each year. Services for braces for both children and adults are also available immediately with no waiting period. The minimum group size is only one employee and the monthly cost for this plan is extremely low. The alpha dental plan is also available for individuals.

A discount fee-for-service (non-insurance) plan that is available on a group (employer sponsored) basis only. Members of this plan can select from over 100 additional contracted dentists that are not willing to reduce their fees to the level of the providers who participate in the Alpha Dental Plan described above. Out-of-pocket for the members of the Choice Dental Plan will be approximately 9% higher than the Alpha Dental Plan as well, but members will find more access to dentists in outer lying areas throughout Colorado. A group (employer sponsored) only dental plan, which allows each employee the choice between either the Alpha Dental Plan, the Choice Dental Plan, or the Companion Life Dental Plan as outlined above. This product can be either voluntary (requires no employer contribution) or partially/fully employer paid. It is the ideal product line for any employer who wishes to offer their employees a variety of choices in plan designs and dentists, while not having to pay any of the monthly cost for the employees. The participation guidelines for this product are only three employees or a minimum of 30% of all eligible employees enrolled between all three plans (whichever is greater). Three employees must enroll in the Companion Life Dental Plan for this coverage to be put in effect.
