PLANS - WHAT IS THE SELECT CHOICE DENTAL PLAN?
The Select Choice Dental Plan allows each employee the choice
of enrolling in either of two different network dental plans;
the Alpha Dental Plan (ADP) or Choice Dental Plan (CDP).
There are over 410 contracted providers in Colorado for members
to select from between these two programs. There are many
advantages to this flexible arrangement.
